if its girls in general then i have to say humanities/soc sci/comm got it covered evenly.

if its brown girls, then life sci's are winning by a mile.

Theres pretty girls in every faculty, as for proportion relative to less attractive girls, or proportion relative to number of males on the other hand...

If you're looking for a blind answer I'd say nursing or maybe lifesci

Also I think it depends on what qualities you find attractive in women I think.
