I received the wrong McMaster Student ID Validation Sticker.
I'm an undergrad going into 3rd year. I registered for 2 summer school courses. I received my validation sticker in the mail this weekend, and instead of being the usual red sticker with the writing U-FT/PA, it's green and on it is written MBA/GRAD-CERT.
Is the Office of the Registrar the right department to contact for this issue? I can't seem to find their email address; can anyone provide it? And how long do you expect a reply will take? Should I phone them instead?
Thanks. Oh, and lastly, just wondering. Do you guys peel out the previous sticker or just stick the new one on top?

The green sticker IS the validation sticker for summer school. There is no problem because I got the same sticker in the mail. No need to contact the registrar for this one. For mine, I peeled off the old one and put on the new one.

If you already started classes, you can drop by the registrar's office and tell them you haven't received it in the mail (It gets sent to your permanent address by the way).

Yup, it is. The MBA/GRAD thing threw me off. I thought they registered me as a graduate student.

Oddly enough, this is the sticker i received and the registrar told me that wrong ones have been mailed out by accident. They took it from me and gave me a green sticker with undergrad on it. I dont think it matters much, but if its a concern then do get it replaced

Don't they typically have the years printed on them?
Also, the summer ones are always green...
