Recommend me some instrumental music
I've got the basics like Gladiator, Potc, Lion King... anyone got some more movie soundtracks of the same genre?

(i realize some lion king songs arent instrumental, waffle).

i need some music to study... but music with words distract me. and i'm not in the mood for classical music. also, uh... only suggest if they can be found on youtube. xD

thanks guis

They seem good for any other day, but anything with large amounts of guitar will distract me. (i'll be inclined to start playing myself ;P)

I need more of a symphony sound (ie: gladiator, pirates)

The Field and Sigur Ros are both bands I like to listen to while studying.

The Field is kindof electro pop, all instrumental. Its not like techno crazy though, so still good for studying.

Sigur Ros does have singing, but not in English, so words won't distract you

Bond (the group) is pretty good if you don't have them on your playlist, there are a few songs with words but most of it is instrumental here are some youtube clips:

Or I'm not sure if you like guitar instrumentals, Depapepe is awesome too

Hmm, I really like video game music. Anything from Final Fantasy is good, and I like Kingdom Hearts. Maybe just find Smash Bros music because then you'll get a huge variety...

Anything by Enya or Adiemus is always amazing!

I loved the soundtracks of:

The Shawshank Redemption
Forrest Gump
Cast Away
Finding Nemo
Cinderella Man
Road To Perdition
A Beautiful Mind
Gladiator (obviously ... especially Now We Are Free & Elysium)
Lord Of The Rings

=)
