For Honours Biochemistry, it says that "Completion of PHYSICS 1BB3 is also strongly recommended" and "Completion of MATH 1B03 is strongly recommended" on the program website. Would it be fine if I did not take these courses? Should I at least take one of them? And which one should I choose if I did decide to take one?
Honestly, I have space for 2 electives and I would rather be taking "elective courses", not more math and science courses. :(

Check the upper year course listings and look at what you're interested in. If either of the courses mentioned are prereqs, then you should take them. Otherwise, go ahead and take the elective courses if you find them more enjoyable.

These definitely are not necessary. Most students don't even do physics 1B03 until 2nd year.
