I was a first year in 2016/2017 in the commerce program but unfortunately due to a multitude of factors ended up being required to withdraw. I have since established all the reasons for my poor performance and rectified them all. I attended Ryerson Continuing Education and taken two courses and received a B and A-. I am intending to apply to be reinstated in Social Science or Math and Stats (took 2 socsci courses at ryerson). What would i need to write in my appeal so that I can be reinstated and are my grades from ryerson high enough? I do not have reasons serious such as medical records or a death in the family that contributed to my poor performance, mainly me being irresponsible and careless as a lot of first years (felt depressed since being away from family for first time but thats it).

Thanks in advance for any help I get.
