reinstatement likelihood?
What is the likelihood of getting reinstated if you suffer from a chronic seizure disorder, depression and went through a family member passing away during the academic year?

If you include everything that you just wrote in your reinstatement, along with medical papers proving that you suffered from chronic seizure disorder during the school year, then they will probably reinstate you since you had a medical condition preventing you from doing well.
Good luck

I think they want to see that the reasons you did poorly have been resolved. Since both your seizure disorder and depression are chronic, neither is resolved (even if you're not currently in a depressive episode, it's still a chronic disorder). If you have come up with ways of dealing with these to prevent them from having an impact on your grades in the future, and showed that in your letter, hopefully that will help you out.

Also, if you do get reinstated, you should consider registering as a student with a disability. You can get any accommodations you need and/or take a reduced courseload, and once you've been approved for the accommodations it's up to you whether or not you use them, if you feel the need to. You can get approved for a bunch of accommodations and then not use any of them if you have found other ways of coping. I think it's better to have them than not, though, so you don't get kicked out again. I know clinical depression can qualify you as disabled, and I'm pretty sure the seizure disorder could as well.

Good luck.

Did you include medical documentation? That makes all the difference.
