So, a
prerequisite of taking the course is that you be registered in a life sciences program, with preferences given to those in
Honours programs, as opposed to those in 3-year programs. Therefore, you do not meet the prerequisite for the course, which is why SOLAR won't let you register. The reason this is important is that by now, all the seats for courses should have opened up to all students who are eligible - it's usually in the summer that seats are reserved for specific programs, to ensure the students who get "priority" are able to enroll in it. By now, that shouldn't be an issue going through SOLAR.
