Research help
If you have trouble with your research paper where or who should you consult for help at McMaster. I’m not talking about just finding articles for your research paper, what if you’re having trouble coming up with a well constructed thesis or even a good research question? is there any place where they can offer guidance. Also what about proof reading? who can help you with that?

BTW this is a first year student who do not have much knowledge about campus resources.

Ask friends for proof read. Ask ta for feedback on your topic construction process. Friends can also help u on this but you want the marker's opinion. Maybe the student success centre does this too

I think it was the student success centre that helps . Also go to learning commons in mills and there's two academic help rooms ( just ask a librarian to point you in right direction

What sort of research paper are you talking about? If it's for a class, your first stop should be the TAs and the professor.
