Right now they're probably working on getting the people on the waiting list in. I would call them as soon as possible (avoid using email since it could take much longer) to find out your application status, as soon as possible!

i am no longer on the "unassigned list" 
just got an email from Mac today i got my residence assignment! yay!
Brandon 5th floor-Single. I Guess the wait was worth it! |

I got an email from Mac a while back saying I was unassigned, but so far haven't heard anything else! Will they email me or should I be checking a web page or what?!

But they should e-mail you when you get a room. I'm assuming that you were guaranteed a room.

Yeah, guaranteed. I remember hearing that someone didn't hear about their res until a few days before move-in day - does this happen a lot?

Someone else on this forum had the same thing.. and a week or so later, they got an e-mail with their assignment . So it's just a matetr of time before they organize all the room assignments and such

I know! And there's so many people on waiting list too, who have no idea if they're gonna get into rez or not.. So sad to be in that position :(. I hope they hurry up and fill up all the spots already >.<
