If your CA is less than 3.0, you may not continue at the University. Arnold General Discussion 20 07-08-2009 10:13 AM

Results - May not continue
My results are - may not continue at this university because my CA is too low.

I've read alot of things about reinstatement and taking a year off applying to Ryerson. I don't really get what this process means so can someone please explain to me?

So my question is basically what can I do for this situation? I know I've made mistakes I just want to make it to any university at this point.

Please help!! thanks in advance

Usually that means they want you to apply for reinstatement where you write a letter saying why you did poorly. If you do you start with a clean state but under academic probation. Another thing is taking a year off to do work, take a college degree to show your improvement before applying again. I would talk to a guidance councellor

Not unless you are reinstated.
Applying to Ryerson isn't your only option. You should definitely talk to an advisor, and have a clear idea of why your marks were so low (and how you can fix those problems).
