Hi. I'm in second year and majoring Economics.
I've told by my academic advisor that I have to take Econ 1B03 again in this year because I got a very low mark on that course in the first year so I couldn't get a required average in micro and macro econ.

Here is my question:

What happens to the Econ 1B03 that I took in the first year if I take it again in this year?

Is it going to be disappeared? or Do I still get 3 units (including the grade I got) from that one?

My honest opinion, you should change your major to Communications & Multimedia, or maybe Gender Studies. 1B03 is the biggest bird course on campus and if you didn't get an A in it you're going to be wasting your time in economics, you'll never graduate.

I underestimated that course and didn't try hard. That's why I didn't do well on 1B03.

It will stay on your record with whatever mark you got there. It can never be undone. Like the Star Wars prequels.
