Log into MUGSI, then go to Financial Aid and Scholarships>>Scholar ships.
I'm curious- does everyone with a GPA of 9.5+ see an "eligible for consideration" post for the Dr. Harry Lyman Hooker scholarship, since that is the minimum requirement?

I'm supposing it does, because I got the same thing. I'm kinda disappointed now. if everyone over 9.5 is eligible then i don't have a shot.

It doesn't say I'm eligiable for it and my averge is 11. I'm
in commerce if that helps but I says I'm
eligiable for the senate scholarship. Also could there still be more scholarships we are eligiable for but haven't been updated on mugsi yet?

I heard it is usually the top 5-10% that get it. The senate scholarships are basically given for the same thing but they are worth less money.

Hmm...
I have a couple friends who have like 10.5-11.0 averages in the faculty of science and are going into various science disciplines in year II, but currently they have not been awarded a scholarship.
Does this mean they won't get any? I thought an 11 average would get you in the top 5-10% :S

Doesnt the scholarship stuff usually show up later (mid july). Many people have deferred exams and what not so I thought they would finalize scholarships after that.
Nothing is showing up for me.

I don't think so, it doesn't say that on the SFAS website anyways.

Retained scholarships died a few years ago I think :(
Continuing with the bad news It took a 11.8 to be "Eligible for Consideration" for that scholarship.
