If the snow storm stops today and it's safe to travel around, then i think there would be no point in postponing the Saturday midterms. Keep checking avenue, hopefully your prof posts an announcement regarding this. If not, just email him/her later on today..or better, post a discussion on avenue and hopefully your prof sees it.

Hospitality is considered essential, but that doesn't necessarily mean they'll have all locations open. Centro is a pretty good bet, though.
