Season finale of Parks and Recreations was adequate. The show's still good, but I found the season as a whole not as good as previous ones. I feel the show's resting on its laurels and has become complacent, lacking boldness and edge.
Community on the other hand I think had a great season. A lot of really fun episodes this season, standouts for me were the dean documentary episode, Law and Order episode, and the 16bit episode.
Game of Thrones season finale is next week. The season has been good, but sloooow. Not enough is happening, just continual build up. I hope the last couple of episodes of the season knock it out of the park.
Mad Men finale is on a couple of weeks. Now that I think about, not a lot has happened in this show either, just a little more development of the Don/Megan marriage and bits and pieces of other characters(Roger Sterling's acid trip, Pete Campbell's extra marital activities, etc.). Still, the season had some really standout episodes and the show is still rock solid. Oh and Michael Ginsberg is a welcome addition to the cast of characters.
The only other running show I'm watching is Girls, which has been pretty good.
Looking forward to the return of Louie, Breaking Bad, Homeland, and Downton Abbey!
