Second Year Social Work-Sociology-Psych Confusion?
I have to pick courses in a week but we don't find out if we are accepted into Social Work for a few more weeks. If I don't get in this year I want to re-apply again next year but if I don't get in I was thinking of taking social-psychology. I didn't take Psych courses in first year so I'm not sure if it is possible to take sociology courses, and the introductory psych courses and still be prepared in case I'm accepted into social work. Not sure if that made any sense!

First, best of luck regarding getting into social work. It really is a great program. I am not too sure what you should do. The best bet would be to contact Diane Allen, the admin for the School of Social Work and academic advisor. 905-525-9140 ext 23793 or [email protected]

Assuming you're going into second year you have two and a half weeks before SOLAR opens, and you don't need to register right away if that still isn't enough time.
