I don't remember seeing a locker room/shower when I went in to have a quick look.
Can anyone give me some directions?

They're in the change rooms (for the guys).

Do you know where the squash courts are? Right between the squash courts and the front desk is the way to the change rooms . There are showers/lockers there.

Same for the girls' change room.

Are you able to get towels there or do we have to bring our own??

you are able to get towels for a fee, same with lockers

Their towel service is down at the moment, so you have to bring your own towels

There are also single-occupancy washrooms and changerooms - located near the pool in IWC (shower and washroom) and on the indoor track level (washroom only). Look for signs starting at the DBAC entrance sign-post or ask the Joan Buddle Service Desk for directions.
