Sneeze Etiquette
I was in the library today, the girl beside me sneezes so instinctually I say bless you..... the glare i got in return was quite impressive. Which made me wonder, out of curiosity when did it become inappropriate to be polite lol

what I think it means when someone says "bless you"
1) they are from an older generation than ours, we're the rudest most spoiled people on earth 
2)trying to get the attention of some chick who will have none of it
my moneys on her thinking it was #2, and thats why she glared. |

you really think that when someone says bless you there from an older generation? I was always taught that it was just good manners and i know a lot of people raised the same way that are not that old

everyone has a cold now, so it's like "bless you" "bless you""bless you""bless you""bless you""bless you""bless you""bless you""bless you""bless you""bless you""bless you"etc, etc. I can't get any school work done, and everyone says thank-you. It's just a nice thing to say. Don't stop being polite on account for one person

Maybe she was getting all uptight you were "forcing your religion" on her? Same thing happens around XMas time. Don't even get me started on how annoying those people are.
