social Sci transfer to nursing
Right now im in Social Science and I realize I don't really like it
Is there any way at Mac that I could transfer into nursing some time?
Is there a procedure or someone I can talk to?

There's an accelerated nursing program that's really competitive. Or you could see if you can apply to transfer into the non-accelerated stream...google mcmaster nursing admissions and explore the website. It should also have contact info.

I would recommend seeing an academic advisor at the Social Science and/or Nursing offices as they will be able to explain all the details with you. What I do know is that McMaster Nursing is quite competitive so to transfer you might need to take a bunch of science courses as electives this year so that you would be able to transfer at the end of the year. But I don't know about the process so definitely talk to one of the experts.

Try taking as many of science/nursing courses as you can. Talk to the academic advisors in the faculty of nursing or any other faculty you want to switch into, and they'll be able to help you out quite a bit. It is definitely too late to switch for this year, but give it a shot right before second semester starts! Good luck
