All depends... no one can really answer that. Typically the "ideal" classes fill up quickly.. so the earlier you get on solar the better chances you have of getting the schedule you want.

Except that I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO while the I stare at the blank white loading page for five minutes before it tells me my connection has timed out. I can't even click madly and hope to get in.

I do complain a lot but instead of posting it on macinsiders I just keep focusing on trying to get in, and it works

Okay thanks. I want to change my Math 1LS3 from Baker to Lovric, which means I'll have to change around some other classes/labs so hopefully it won't be too filled.

No offense but it's a lot harder to take you seriously when you get in twice right off the bat. Obviously it's easier for you to say "don't complain, just keep trying" after you already got in. Twice.

Right now I'm not in Canada and I'm halfway around the world where the internet speed is RIDICULOUS. At this rate, I'm definitely not getting in in the next 5 hours so I was thinking about this...
since they're not taking attendance in University, can I just show up to a different professor's lecture if it doesn't conflict with anything else I have? My Calculus professor is apparently not that good.

..well, if you were to do that, then why pay the tuition in the first place? why not just show you to random lectures and listen in?
... different professors have different assignments and exams, and if your student id number isn't registered with that class, you won't have a grade or a credit for it.
