Help!!!
Hey guys,
So I am a 2nd year Science student and last year I took the a semester off. Starting september 2010, I plan on returning back to fulltime studies. I will be doing both second year and third year courses, however on SOLAR, I am still considered a 2nd year student which means I can only start registration on June 14th. But registration for 3rd year students starts June 11th. If I wait 3 days, will I lose my chance of getting into the courses I need for 3rd year? What should I do? I emailed both the undergraduate science office and my prof but still there's no reply. HELPPP!! =(

Yeah, the courses could be full by then. Just keep trying though. You have 3 months to get into your courses.

If any mandatory courses are full by the time you log on you can e-mail your faculty and they should allow you to get in.

For electives though waiting until the 2nd year date you might be out of luck with some of the courses you want to take. They could be full already and they generally don't open spaces for you in elective courses.

They are different courses, but since they are first year humantities I thought that they dont open up seats for the class until the date when humanitites first years get to select courses
