I just check my student account and something is wrong
It's charging me residence cost and the meal plan cost
and below that I see my osap which is deducted
so on my student account it says 1514.90 which looks like I owe that money
but the thing is I already paid my tuition in full
I don't know what's going on why is it charging me for the residence and meal plan which I already paid for?

I've been having the same problem. It could be a problem with their system... maybe it's not up-to-date?
Anyway, I think I'm going to speak to them about it tomorrow. The people you want to get in contact with is Student Accounts and Cashiers (Gilmour Hall Room 209, ext. 24478). Hopefully this gets resolved soon! Is anyone else having the same problem?

I saw the same thing earlier today, but it's all fixed now. My payments are now displayed, and my account balance is 0, as it should be. Go check, it should be like that for everyone.
