Student Account
I had some money I needed to pay off so I paid it off using interac. But I can't access my grade report and course selection is blocked off for me. Isn't it supposed to be instant? I still haven't paid a bit of my tuition but I have until Sept 1st to do that right? My student account doesn't say I have any other payments to make.

When you go to your account statement you don't see a negative amount in "payments received"?

Transactions can take up to 4-5 business days to update in the system and show on your student account (if I'm not mistaken).

I'd wait until the end of the week and if there's still a problem, you can call them and ask.

Or, if it's a big problem for you right now, you could always just call right away and ask.

Apparently interac is suppose to be instantaneous:

Yeah I see the negative amount but it still says 'your university account is overdue' when I go to grade report. And it doesn't say payments received, it says 'interac online payment pending'
