Registrar's office in Gilmour Hall. Don't know if you'll have to pay for it.

If you lose your student card, I know it's $30 for a replacement. But does anyone know if the picture is the same? Or will you have to give them another picture for the new card?

The picture is the same, they have it in their system. If there is a camera set-up there then you could ask them if you can change your picture... but I don't think they would.
