So I never handed in that new student form which was due on July 15th which now means that I can't get a student card. Is there something else I can do so I can get my student card.

Definitely contact the Office of the Registrar for your next step. I would assume that some people are admitted later or for whatever reason do not have it in on time, so there is probably a process.

You can literally hand it in whenever, you'll just get the card later than most. Or you can wait until school starts and get it done on spot the day of.

Contact the Office of the Registrar as soon as possible. The sooner you get your student card, the sooner you'll be able to make use of it (i.e., bus pass, textbook loan purchases, etc.)

Hey, just go to the office of the registrar (in gilmore hall, connected to the student centre) when school starts, and bring your new student form filled out with you. They literally take 5 mins in which they'll take a picture of you and pump out your student card.
Take your registration sticker too so that you can put it on your card and start using it right away!
