Summer Course Offerings at Mac
Are the courses offered in summer easier than when they are offered in Fall/Winter? I haven't taken a course at Mac in summer yet, but I plan to, this summer. I'll be working full time when taking the course and its possible that I might miss most of the classes for the course.
The course is Stats 3Y03.

I don't think that course is offered in the summer.

if taking only 1 course in summer it should be easy no matter which course it is. 1 course in 6 weeks is nothing.

typically courses are a lil bit easier in the Summer, although u may feel kinda rushed, as u do 4 months of work in 6 weeks. Most often they cut the material down, and is definetly do-able with a full time job.
Although i'm not entiely sure if they offer Stats 3Y03 in the summer... coz i was lookin to do it in the summer as well last year

If you're going to miss a lot of classes, I would recommend not taking summer school. Because lectures are 3 hours long, you will miss a lot of material that will be difficult to catch up on. I've known people who have taken summer courses and missed a lot of lectures due to work commitments and they passed, but just barely. I think you'll be skating on thin ice if you miss a lot.

I found the link from threads from previous years, except I changed the year in the URL from 2012 to 2013.
The tentative timetable for the Fall/Winter 2013/2014 year should be found at the following link sometime in early May, based on previous threads:

Does it cost more to take a course in the summer (that you would have to take during the year anyway) or do they subtract that cost from your payment so it balances out?

Neither.
You pay on a per-unit basis during both the fall/winter and spring/summer sessions.
The fees for all years and programs, including supplementary fees for each session, are on the student accounts and cashiers website.
