Summer Courses. Will I be held back?

I just finished computer science I this year. My CA is 4.8 which satisfies the requirement to be admitted to Honours Computer Science II (4.0 required). The only problem is I failed two required math courses. I currently have 12 completed courses total (i took a few courses the previous summer). Will I be able to advance to Honours Computer Science II if I take these in the summer?
