Summer School
I want to do summer school at a university other than McMaster, and was wondering how the mark I obtain in summer school at another university would be used to calculate my CA. And what happens if the course that I take at the other university is worth more/less units/credits than the course at McMaster. Also, (I'm not sure which course I want to take yet), but if I decide to do a 2nd year science course at another university, then how will that be counted in my transcript? I mean, wouldn't the course codes be different?

Courses taken at another University don't count towards your GPA. The transcript designation reads COM, indicating complete, when a grade of C- or better is attained, or NC, indicating not complete, when a grade of less than C- is attained.

You'll also have to check with the university to make sure that they will accept the credit that you obtain. Sometimes a course from one university will not be accepted by another if the standards are too different.

Here's a list of the pre-approved courses that you can take for transfer credit, for the faculty of science. Before taking these, you need to apply for a letter of permission from Mac Science, then apply (using that LOP) to the university where you want to take summer school.

ENV 1B03 and Music 1AA3 Course Outlines
Hello Everyone,
I have a big thing coming up in July that could possibly conflict with my midterms for these two summer courses I am taking, and am needing help!!
I am really hoping to get my hands on the course outlines for these two courses (the summer course outlines so I can find out when the midterms would be), as soon as possible.
If anyone has access to them and could help me out, I would be forever in your debt.
Thank you so very much!
