Hey, everyone I'm going into first year engineering and plan on taking one course from each semester in summer school to lighten my workload since I'll be playing soccer year round(school and outside school). I plan on taking Chem in summer school and I was thinking of doing a second sem course too but idk which one to pick. Any tips/ideas on what to take? Also are most classes in summer school offered in the morning? My games during the summer are in the evening(around 6-10pm). I know chemistry was offered 1:30-4:20pm last spring , hoping that time doesn't change for this summer.

I suggest you take non-engineering courses in the summer. Those are easier than cramming 3 months of an engineering class into 3 weeks.

Most classes seem to be offered in the evening, probably because a lot of students work during the day. Also, note that not all rooms have particularly good ventilation, and physical plant doesn't seem to want to turn it on or maintain it in the summer, so that's another reason to not have day classes.

You can take first year engineering math in the summer, and electives. I don't know what's available beyond that.
