Summer Work Program

Need a job for the summer?

The McMaster Summer Work Program is still available to you for finding a job at McMaster.

Quote:
McWork provides full-time and part-time, on-campus summer jobs for current, eligible undergraduate, School of Medicine or Mohawk Nursing Consortium students who are returning to McMaster in the fall to continue in their program. McWork also provides part-time employment to eligible out-of-province undergraduate, School of Medicine and part-time students during the fall/winter study period. Applications open for summer work ONLINE through MUGSI: March 1 - July 31.
McWork is required for most jobs, you will basically have need to have applied for OSAP (not necessarily recieved it, but have applied) OR you can fill out the application form available on MUGSI. To do that, go to MUSGI under Financial Aid, and you will see a link to apply to the summer work program.

Once that is done, visit eRecruiting and look for jobs that interest you, upload your resume, and start applying!

If you don't want to work at McMaster, other sites such as Monster.ca, Workopolis, and Kijiji

Goodluck!

You need to currently be a McMaster student. If you're still in high school or just not officially a Mac student yet then unfortunately you can't take part in the program. I also believe that you need to be a full-time studies student but don't quote me on that.

no I don't think students that are still in high school can be in it. When you are a mcmaster student with full time Or part time study you can partipate in it.

And you can't be graduating and returning for a second degree. Based on that I don't think high school students would be eligible.
