Switching programs
I'm currently in 2nd year Honors Kin. If I want to switch into Med Rad this upcoming Sept, when is the deadline? Or is it already too late?

its probably too late, but double check with advisors/online sources anyways. if you do switch then you have to start from year 1 again.

^ That's not completely true. If you've already taken the necessary courses to complete level 1 for the program you won't need to start all over.

You're both right...it's just that for med rad, you CAN'T have taken all the necessary courses to complete level 1 if you aren't in the program, so you do have to start from scratch. Your electives can still count for electives, and some of the required courses may transfer over if you've taken them, so you probably won't take a full courseload in first year, but you do have to complete first year med rad before taking upper year courses, so you can't "get ahead" that way either.

meaning, regardless of having taken all other courses aside from med rad ones, there's no way to finish it in 3 years instead? :'(

No, I know people who have transferred into medrad and there is no way to shorten it to 3 years.
