Any recommedations for tattoo shops nearby? I've heard Cottage 13 is good. Anything else? I prefer female tattooers.

What kind of tattoos do you like? That sort of changes the recommendation. Also, how far are you willing to travel? (Are you asking Hamilton only?) And why females?

Umm I just wanted to get a name...nothing too fancy...I don't wanna travel far...close to Mcmaster preferably And i have nothing against a male doing it, but since I'm a girl I would prefer a girl.

I've never had a chick tattoo me lol, guys are nothing to fear.
Jason at Cottage 13 is good but if its just script or something like that most artists should be able to do it
Mata Mata is good too but I haven't been there in 2 years and I think they've changed a bunch of artists

I have friends who have gone here and they all have had really good experiences. Their tattoos are very well done. This site gives you a bio of every artist and their particular areas of expertise.

I understand, but if you're going to get something permanent on your body, you want to make sure it's well done. If that means making the distance then so be it.

In that case might as well head on over to LA.
