Tax certificate?
I know I'm kinda late on this, but I saw on mugsi it said this:

"2009 Tax Certificates (T2202A - Tuition Education and Textbook Amounts Certiciate) is now available. To access your tax certificate select "Tax Certificate" under the Student Applications section."

Where is the student applications section on mugsi?

I think you can access it straight off of MUGSI (i.e. without logging into MUGSI) it should be on the same side panel as 'Grade Reports' etc etc.
