TELUS OR ROGERS for Iphone 4?
Hey,
So does anyone know which company has better plans for iphones. I know the Iphone 4 isn't out in Canada yet but I plan on getting it but I have never had an iphone so no idea on the plans. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Looking to spend around $50-60ish/month

Rogers is probably better. Why would you want an iPhone 4? It comes with physical defects :p

I would suggest Rogers aswell. Their plans are compareable to telus but have a lot better customer service

Apple is giving free bumpers and cases to everyone to fix the antenna 'issue'. pretty cool cause you get a free case too.
i am also interested, but ill probably buy it unlocked and go with telus since my current plan expires in nov.

You can do it on an iPhone, too.

Yes, true. But that's probably the most useless point of the article. You can technically do it on non-smart phones as well, depending on how large your hands are and how dexterous you are.

No, I know it's not a big deal. But I'm so annoyed with people saying it like it's impossible to do it on an iPhone. Sure, it's easiER to type with both hands, but that doesn't make 1 handed typing hard.

Free case! And if you're unsatisfied, you can return it before a set date.

Uhh, doesn't the iPhone also have Push E-mail? I have push e-mail on my iPod Touch...
Also, the iPhone 4 has multi-tasking abilities.
The iPhone also has a Qwerty keyboard, in both portrait and landscape mode.
Was this person writing this about the previous iPhone? Because that's 3/5 things that she got wrong. Plus I don't know much about the other two, so that doesn't mean she's right about those either.

Anyone aside me actually like the stylus graffiti input method? I used to have a Dell x50v, and I was able to write much faster on that than with with the methods all the newer phones are adopting.

Telus sucks. Rogers might be a little more expensive, but it's worth it.
Sometimes when I text from a Telus phone to another Telus phone, it takes over a day to send the message. It's ridiculous. Go with Rogers.

Interestingly, Telus is great out west.
My partner is from Alberta, and had told me that Telus is the big cell phone/home phone provider, and their networks and customer service are great. When I first went to AB two summers ago I was surprised at all the Telus advertisements.

Get the iphone unlocked, otherwise you will be forced to spend atleast $50 a month for a crappy plan. If you get it unlocked, you can get a good plan with koodo and add on data
