The way I see it, they have to go back and review them anyways. So, might aswell post it ALL, then review it ALL at the end of may. No?

They probably want all their man power on finalizing the marks instead of inputting the interim grades. It would take longer to finalize the marks which means it's more costly.

Fine.
Then a better system is allow professors to post final exam marks.

Yeah, that's a possibility. Someone said that professors aren't allowed to provide all the necessary marks to calculate your final mark. I haven't come across this in the calendar yet and I don't really know why :\ I think it's a pretty dumb rule.

Probably because a lot of them don't feel comfortable breaking that rule.

:p
But, alot of my professors reply to emails. Alot of my classmates have emailed asking for their marks, and got replies back.
So, Im not sure if there really is a rule. Maybe their just lazy and dont want the students to see a bellcurve

Yeah, but some don't give out the marks even if you e-mail them.
Yeah, that could also be a possibility... to keep their career clean or something like that.

Lol, maybe. Someone should email the registrar and ask to see the rule where exam marks cannot be released

lol, I emailed the registrar like a week ago asking why we can't have our marks till the 31st, and I got a response along the lines of "That's right! You can't have your marks to the 31st!"
I hate when people don't actually read my emails...

AHAHA yeah that IS really annoying -____- !! That happens to me a lot too. Quite frankly though, they might not really have a legitimate reason for withholding marks for that long.

Their reason probably is that they want to be 110% sure the marks are correctly entered.

Yeah, I also have a conflict second semester between two required courses.
I really hope they find it and fix it without moving around my other courses too much. I have a pretty packed schedule and the rest fit JUST right.

I hate that too. I emailed the Registrar a few days ago to make sure that I'm completely registered for next year (since I'm coming back for a second degree and I'm not sure if I need to do anything else to register), and their response was "You can log onto SOLAR with the Level 4 & 5 Science students on June 7" .
..................... Thanks.
I understand they are busy, but why bother replying to my email at all if they don't even read it.
