Term 2 Summer School
I was not able to attend Summer School's First Term, but I'm considering taking two courses in the Second Term. Is it too late to apply for it (since I know they have to mail you your student ID sticker)?
I went on SOLAR to see what would happen, and it brought me to a page where I was to choose my major. The only one I could select was the year that I just completed (Year 2). It makes sense to choose it again since I'm not technically in my third year until September, but I just wanted to make sure so that I don't do something stupid and end up doing year 2 again.
Thank you!

The last day to add term 2 courses is June 26, 2009.
You can check out other important dates and deadlines here:

I added some term two courses recently and it was directly charged to my student account and cashiers.
Best of luck!

Hmm, what is the average course cost? I'd take a course to free up some elective units but damn, I imagine it's a few hundred dollars.

It really depends on the faculty but I'm taking multimedia and economics during the second term and I think it came up to about $500 or so.

This table tells you the price per unit for all the courses:

It's nice to know the price slightly drops every year you go up, but only for citizens/PRs

Remember that the price is per unit, so times that number by 3 or 6 or whatever the unit load of each class is. Also you'll have to pay supplementary fees.

Yep, it's not really that cheap once you multiply by the number of units. You end up paying 500-600 per course, plus supplementary fees.

They take place over both, although very rarely they will take place in one; but with double the amount of class-time (12 hours/week instead of 6h/week)
