Textbook Question
So, my classes for first term are:

Economics - 1B03
Geography - 1HA3
Labour Studies - 1A03
Commerce -1B03

Would you recommend buying a textbook for these classes?

Didn't need econ at all. That whole course's worth of knowledge is online, along with all the old tests you could ever want (*cough* ApexDC++).

How come you're taking only 4 classes?

I think you'll find in university that there are a lot of money grabs by the school, a lot of which include selling expensive textbooks that are essentially useless.
