Textbooks/Supplies
I am entering Business 1 and I am just curious what would be the best both financially and academically for myself and others in the same position

Am I better off to buy my textbooks now whether it be from someone selling them, online etc. whatever the case might be. Is it better to buy them now?
OR
Should I wait for classes to start and wait a week or 2 in order to see if I need to buy a 100 dollar textbook when I can probably get by without it?
There are clearly going to be some courses that I will have to buy, but im curious if there are courses that are doable without the textbook or other course materials?

i would wait.. that way you don't buy them all and find out you don't need some of them
good idea in saving money

Exactly. Some profs repeat everything in the textbook during lecture, so why would you spend more money if you go to all the lectures anyways? Always wait, then search online or do titles first.

Your statement shows that you already know the right answer is to wait, as you provided the exact reason why you should. Dont buy them now

Not to mention the stupid long lines in the first 2 weeks of classes... insanity!
