Are there other options??
I am probably the most nervous/paranoid university applicant ever! Again sorry for all the questions! hehe
Ok so At the possibility my midterm marks aren't at cutoff on my midterms, do I have any options to still get accepted?
ex. Call McMaster and ask if I can upgrade 1-2 courses in summer school.
ex. Ask if they can wait till final second semester marks come out to be considered.

or any other possible options

THANK YOU SO MUCH, EVERYONE HAS BEEN SO HOPEFUL AND WONDERFUL ON MY OTHER QUESTIONS! I APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH!

For early admission they look at your first semester grades. You should be find if you did well throughout high school till that point.

The deadline for schools to send your second semester midterm marks is the end of April. Non-early admissions come in by the end of May.

Not sure about the summer school thing. I would ask your school's counsellors before calling the university.

I thought you said you contacted them about special circumstances? In that case, maybe just write in your letter that you plan on upgrading your first term courses in the summer. If you're going through an alternate channel, I don't think your admission will solely be based on whether or not you meet the cutoff, otherwise what's the point of writing the letter and asking for special consideration?

In terms of waiting until after second term marks come in, that's in late June/early July, and the deadline for universities to send out offers is the end of May. They usually end up over-filling their spots, so people aren't typically accepted after this date for the larger programs, but if there is room they still might. There's also a chance that even if it's over-filled they'll consider you anyways given the circumstances.

I don't think any of that really addresses your question since you thought of both of those already, but there's no set out procedure for what you do if you don't meet the cutoff. For the vast majority of applicants, not meeting the cutoff means not getting in, and that's all there is to it. If you're asking them to take circumstances into account, that's done on a case-by-case basis, so there isn't any set procedure.
