Get yourself organized! It might take a few hours, but download the outline/semester dates for all 5 courses and organize everything in a calendar.

I personally use Outlook's calender, but there are free options as well like Mozilla Sunbird
( http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/sunbird ).

And make this calendar as detailed as possible, I'm gonna attach my calendar as an example (still not completed, waiting for one more course to upload to avenue). Look at the second attached pic. You should add this type of detail so you know what needs to be done everyday.

I was going to recommend Google Calendar, as it is amazing. If you have an iPhone/Android phone, get Astrid Task Manager, its a really useful reminder/planning app.

Figure out everything you actually have to do.
For example:
- Sign up for a million things
- Probably more like a couple hundred only

Reading Textbooks:
A first year mistake I made, was reading my textbook. If you have a solid UNDERSTANDING of a concept, your good to go. You can maybe browse through that section in your book, but reading every word won't be that efficient.
Focus on Diagrams and figures in textbooks. They believe those are VERY important ideas you must know, so they made pretty pictures for all us visual learndingers.

Online Quizzes:
- Either get the big tough ones done or do multiple smaller ones so you feel like "hey I only got 1 or 2 quizes left!"

First year is tough, it's a completely new style of learning/ living. Remember to work hard, and just as importantly play hard.

Your already on the right track asking tips, so props.

Can I ask why you have all of your readings on the Sunday? Is this so that they are completed before class / a tutorial?

Also, I want to try and put all of my course loads on a calendar like you have above, but I am getting confused because readings are supposed to be done before the lecture? Does this mean I would have to write the dates and events a class ahead? If you know what I mean.
