I went on solar but it tells me to come back on the 13th due to payment agreement and registration. Systemic problem or personal problem?

Hey,

I can't find the exact date on the Registrar's website, but I believe that if you didn't complete the payment agreement by July 29 ish then SOLAR will re-open for you on Wednesday. :(

ok i got another problem.. haven't been able to get into mugsi yet but i clicked the undergraduate personal calender link, it loaded this time. i logged in but it says I have no personal timetable to view at this time even though i had previously accessed my timetable through the same link. what's going on here?
