I bought some of my texts from Titles today for courses I know will require text books. I picked up French 1Z06 text which was a custom course ware package with wrapping around it. I paid for it, brought it home and opened it up to find that there was no CD (which seem to be essential for the course). I looked at the back and beside the scan code and it said: "To be sold as a set with french 1z06 text and cd-rom Pick up cd-rom from cashier upon purchase" ... the cashier didn't offer me a cd (and yeah, it was stupid of me not to read that). Does anyone know what I can do besides bringing in my receipt and make it not look like I'm trying to get a free cd to sell to someone else or something...

As long as you explain your situation, it is doubtful that they would just shun you, considering a lot of the cashiers on hand are training at this time. Go to the main store at customer service.

They're usually really good at fixing this kind of stuff.

When I worked there, they had a stack of the CDs at Customer Service. Try to get there ASAP though before the lines get bad!
