Take Go bus 47 to Square one, then change Mississauga bus 7 to Pearson airport.

Buffalo would involve Greyhound, most likely.

You should consider getting on Megabus if you want to go to Buffalo Airport but you have to go to Toronto Station first. Been to the US a few times by Megabus and their fare is quite cheap I should say. Check out the web megabus.com

Yes Megabus is cheap as I traveled with them to Montreal, cost me $40 round-trip, while others are >100. I think they have service to New York for $1 once in a while. Check and you'll get a bargain.

You can also take the 47 Go Bus to Bramalea Station and then take the Go Service or Brampton transit from Bramalea to Pearson.

Note that the 47 doesn't run on Sundays and Holidays.

On those days your cheapest option is typically to get to Union station taking the QEW express and then to either take public transit (subway transfer to bus) or the airport express private bus to the airport for $20.

If you're 25 or older you can sometimes get good deals one-way car rentals from Hamilton to Pearson for $40.

Theres a shuttle that runs direct from Burlington to the Buffalo Airport for pretty cheap. I used it once a couple years ago to catch a flight. Don't remember the name though.

Square One is in Mississauga. From Square One, Pearson is like a 20-30 min commute? I live near the airport and it takes me 15 mins by car. There used to be a GO bus from Square One to the airport but that doesn't run anymore.

You can take the 47 GO bus from the bus terminal next to Keyes. It doesn't come as often as the HSR though.
