Transferring into Life Sci after 2nd year
Hey hope everyone had a good summer! Right, so currently I am in level 11 bio and was wondering if it's possible to transfer into Life sci 111?

I have taken all my courses as if I was in life sci, but I couldn't find the exact requirements on mac calendar. As far as I know first year psych courses are a requirement, which I am taking up this year

Well any help would be much appreciated!

thanks

You mean in level III ?

So ya just take as much of the required second year courses as you can.. make sure you satisfy those Life Sci courses (life sci 2a03/2b03 etc)... H. Life sciences is not a limited program so it shouldn't be problem...

hamza123 says thanks to sinthusized for this post.

I was told that if you don't make it into honors life sci in second year you can apply again for honors when you go into third year. but i was wondering the requirements for honors life sci is to receive an average of 6 and average of 6 from two bio and a psych. is it ok if i take any of the two bios and psych? it doesn't have to be first year courses right? i already took the first year ones but couldn't make it to honours.

Yep... if you do, for example, second year bios and get average of at least a 6 but not in first year bios, then you could transfer into honours.

thansk for the reply but another quick question
i applied for second year bios but i applied for first psych
so would that be ok? since the original requirements for the honours life sci from first to second year was either psych 1x03 or 1xx3...

i believe that they said any bios and any psych....
