Transferring from Mac to Brock
As the thread title states, I am looking to transfer out of Mac and to Brock for Computer Science. I am wondering who to talk to about transferring credits over and getting transcripts sent. I've talked to engineering reps from the department and haven't gotten a straight answer.

Does anyone have any ideas.

I would assume that you have to apply to the university, in this case Brock.. and once they accpect you the credits will get transfered over itself. The university normally has a deadline, [for example York's deadline is Feburary 1]. Once you have that sorted out you should be able to transfer your credits. I believe you need a certain average before you can transfer to the University [but of course, I assume you have done your research]. Furthermore, try speaking to the Dean/Faculty, explain the situation to them and let them know what it is that you are trying to do. Hopefully they will be able to help you out.

You have to make sure that your credits WILL transfer over. Talk to both Brock and McMaster, try the academic advisors or undergraduate advisor at Mac... I don't know who you've talked to in the Eng Dept but maybe one of those two will be able to give you the straight answer.

You're going to have to talk to the people at Brock, as you're trying to go into their program, so Mac advisers a) won't really want to help and b) won't really have any info on Brock's programs.

Email Brock's Comp Sci program (I guess an academic adviser; I'm not sure how their programs are set up), and ask if your x course is equivalent to their y course (I have no idea what courses you take in Comp Sci, thus the algebraic stuff). Then ask them if they can provide you information on how to apply as a transfer student to Brock.
