tuition
my tuition is about 8000 and im in the business I program. Im wondering if this is normal or if I did something wrong

Soc Sci is obviously going to be so low compared to programs like Engineering!

No, your tuition itself should be around $5000-6000 (depending on program, but most are somewhere around there). With supplementary fees, residence, and meal plan costs, the amount that shows on your payment agreement will be larger...but it isn't actually all tuition.

I know it would obviously be higher. Its just when I think of paying for everything back, I 'm looking forward to years of debt.

Commerce and Eng tend to be higher in tuition than other faculties/programs.

I don't get why Commerce is higher than Science (not that I'm complaining )

Why are international students charged about $400 more per unit than Canadian resident students?

I think it's something to do with university tuition being subsidised by the provincial/federal governments, but don't quote me on it.
