When do we pay for our tuition
do we pay after we register our courses on SOLAR or do we pay on another day?

It depends on what payment method you choose on the payment agreement. After that, it'll tell you the amount and when it's due to be paid. It won't be before September 1st I believe.

if yoy pay before september, you wont be charged any interest on ur remaining balance but if you don't, you are going to be charged a monthly interest of 1.2% i think.

Depends on the payment plan. YOu should go for payment in full so you don't get interest or not being able to write exams. If you do do payment in full the payments are traditionally due the 1st of September(double check this yourself). (send the money early to compensate for snail mail speed/ bank transaction delays.

What if you pay by the end of September? Do they charge interest for September already?

I believe there is a late fee, not sure about interest.
