I never really understood it either. I asked the same question in first year, and according to a friend, it's because they know Commerce grads will make a lot of money afterwards, or something

If our tutionwere really 3-10,000 the university wouldnt be able to function. Private schools are a good 30K. Public school such as Mac get a certain amount per student. I remember seeing a chart with the stats once.
