Uneven Course Load
Hi,
has anyone here ever taken uneven course loads before?

For the first term, I have 12 units, and 18 on the other, mainly because:
1. the electives I am actually interested in are clashing with the mandatory courses for my program (that I am taking for Term 1; one of them is a 2-hr class, another a 4-hr class); and
2. the majority of them are available only for second term.

I do try to manage my time wisely though, so I guess I should be fine?

As long as you match the degree requirements it doesn't matter. Make sure you take ALL your core courses since they may not be offered in summer, electives probably are. Try taking them in summer or choose other electives to balance it out

Manage your time well and you'll be fine. Some people take 20+ units per term without issue.
