Upper-Year Rez. Deposit
Hey guys, this post is an inquiry for a friend of mine.

Basically, they are wondering if you need to put the $600 rez deposit in february when upper-years need to do their application. They know from first year, the deposit was required at the time of application. However, they have heard that they can do the application and apply the deposit as late as may (when first years apply).

Does anyone have any experience with this? We are hoping to get an answer before Monday, on which we will confirm it with the Housing office on campus.

Thanks bunches.

You need to do the deposit in feb when you apply. (before the 22 I think)

Is this from experience? What are you basing this off of?

They were told upper-years get exemption on the deposit, until May. So I'm just trying to get the most factual base for this I can.

based on 2 years of experience, you do need to pay the deposit at the time of the application in february.
