you should be calling the university. Im sure they have a hotline for this type of thing. Any info we give you could be wrong or based of old information.

Furthermore defer vs worse mark ... thats up to what you think you need. I would have just done it sick. But I was in engineering and wasnt at all striving for top marks for grad school. It is a personal decision. Also you need to get a doctors note asap. Missing this many exams is serious. This is one of those things they usually look for cancer or full out mono or bad concussion etc. Not just the flu. That said the university can be very accommodating if you talk to them. They get this a lot. So give them a call.

Finally im not sure what you think about canceling a course. There is no cancelling at this point. If you cancel it will go down as a zero (and you get no money back).

There are requirements for course loads and whatnot if you defer more than one (google it and you'll find the specifics) but as qwerty91 said, you should be contacting the school for this. Why on earth would you bank your entire term on what somebody told you online?

See, completely removing the original question is complete horseshit. Because of this, we will have people in the future not knowing what to do if they had a similar situation as yours, and they won't be able to ask for help unless they register.

Why do people do that? They can't be embarrassed for not knowing either, it's not like they are using their real names here or anything.
